Meetings & Programs

During this Covid-19 period all meetings will be held virtually until it is safe to meet in person. Meetings will be at 7:00 p.m. via ZOOM.

September 15, 2020 (Tuesday)
Wendy Kiang-Spray Author of The Chinese Kitchen Garden: Growing Techniques and Family Recipes from a Classic Cuisine. Wendy will talk about Asian culinary herbs.
November 18, 2020 (Wednesday)
Lori Baker Owner of Heron’s Meadow Farm. Lori will talk about growing tea at her farm in Maryland

January 13, 2021 (Wednesday)
Lacey Walker Director of farming operations, volunteer coordinator, and teacher at Foxhaven Farm. Lacey will talk about syrups and throat lozenges.

March 10, 2021 (Wednesday)
Nancy Baggett Author of The Art of Cooking with Lavender Nancy will talk about cooking and baking with lavender.

Annual Meeting and Picnic - late May or early June 2021
Time to be determined.

This event will be held at Barry and Rosemary Eigen’s home in the lovely suburbs of Ellicott City MD.
